No, they are not real cakes. They are a 3 tiered 'cake' made from disposable diapers. These are great gifts for the new mom as the entire gift is usable. Made from Huggies or Pampers in a Size 2 diaper, the entire cake can be dismantled in seconds.
On the outside of the cake, we attach assorted baby items which may include rattles, teethers, sample size baby powder, shampoo & lotion, etc.
